Pursuant to the order dated 12th March 2024, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the representation was made before the respondent no.5-Council and on 26th March 2024, the said representation has been decided. As an exceptional case, a relaxation under Clause 12 of the National Council for Teacher Education (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations, 2014 as regards the duration for completion of the B.Ed. Course, has been granted. The said communication is taken on record and marked "A" for identification. 2.

In view of the aforesaid, the purpose of filing the writ petition stands served. The respondent no.2-University shall release the petitioner' s mark-sheet forthwith since the petitioner has to submit her online form by 2nd April 2024. Similarly, the respondent no.4 shall also take immediate steps to indicate the internal marks secured by the petitioner. 3.
