By this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India the Petitioner challenges the order dated 21.11.2014 passed by respondent No.1 Dy. Registrar, Cooperative Societies, N-Ward, Mumbai, u/s.101 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960 (said Act) holding that the respondent No.3 is liable to pay sum of rs.64,055/- along with interest @ 21% p.a.

It is to be noted that there is an alternate efficacious remedy available to the petitioner to challenge the said order in Revision u/s.154 of the said Act. Apart from that the order was passed by the Dy. Registrar against respondent No.3 Shri A. Mudras, whereas the Writ Petition is filed by a Basavraj G Patil 1/2
