The learned APP states that F.I.R. has already been registered on 4th February 2018. Hence, in so far as the said aspect is concerned, grievance of the petitioner is already met. In so far as the transfer of investigation is concerned, the same cannot be considered at this stage as the police station, which has registered the F.I.R. is investigating into the same.
