1. This application has been filed by the Applicant who is an Appellant in Criminal Appeal No. 754 of 2010, praying for expeditious hearing of his appeal.

2. According to the Applicant/Appellant, he is in Jail since the Year 2008. In that light of the matter, therefore, we allow this application and direct that the appeal filed by the Applicant be added to "Final Hearing" Board at its appropriate place from 2nd March 2015.
