The above Civil Application has been filed for effecting substituted service on the Respondent Nos.1B, 1C, 1D(i), 1G(i) to 1G(iv), 1E and 1H, by taking recourse to Order V Rule 20 of the Civil Procedure Code, by publishing the notice in two local news papers having circulation in Mumbai i.e. Fress Press Journal (English) and Navshakti (Marathi). The Civil Application is accordingly allowed, resultantly the Applicant is permitted to serve the Respondents by publishing notice in the said two local newspapers. Notice to indicate that the same made returnable on 15-4-2016. After the notice is published, the Applicant to file affidavit of service annexing the said paper publication.
