The Petitioners have sought to review the order dated 26 July 2006 passed by the Division Bench (Coram : R.M. Lodha and N.H. Patil, JJ.). Since both the learned Judges are not available, the matter is placed before us as a special bench. Kanchan P Dhuri 1 / 2

By an order under review, the Division Bench directed the revisional authority to hear and dispose of the Revision Application and pending the Revision Application, liberty was given to the Petitioner to intervene in that Application. The State has filed the present Review Petition stating that the Revision Application was already been disposed of.

The order is passed in the year 2006. The review has remained pending. The parties would have taken their remedies in law. The learned Counsels have no instructions. 5.
The Review Petition is accordingly disposed of. Pending Civil Applications also stands disposed of.
