After hearing the parties and perusing the annexures, it appears that it would be necessary to expedite the main proceedings M.P. No.1129 of 2016 renumbered as i.e. M.P. No. 2197 of 2017, pending before the Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai. The proceedings to be concluded preferably by 31st January 2020. The learned Family Court shall dispose of the application below Exhibit 5. Parties to co-operate before the Family Court. The petition stands disposed of.
