Mr. Raje, learned Advocate appearing for the applicant states that, the sole appellant expired on 11th December, 2014 and his heirs have filed Civil Application No. 1695 of 2015 for bringing themselves on record. At his request, the Civil Application is taken on file. Since the Civil Application for bringing the heirs on record is filed within the prescribed period of time, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Amendments to be carried out within a period of one week from today and amended copy of the appeal memo to be served upon the Advocate for the respondent within one week thereafter. .

Place the Second Appeal on final hearing on board on 20th February, 2015.
