The petitioners' advocate after seeking instructions, prays for leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach Scrutiny Committee with a proper complaint alleging fraud or misrepresentation and setting out particulars thereof. Leave granted. Writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

In the event such a complaint is received and making serious allegations and substantiated prima facie by some cogent and satisfactory materials, the Committee shall then consider the complaint on its own merits and pass appropriate order in accordance with law. It will consider it as expeditiously as possible
