This is an application for modification of the condition No. (iii) imposed upon the applicant while releasing him on anticipatory bail by this Court's order dated 13/08/2015. 2.

By the said condition (iii), the applicant was directed to report to the concerned police station on every Sunday between 10.30 a.m. to 01.00 p.m. till the filing of the charge-sheet and to cooperate with the investigating agency to the best of his capacity. Learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that since the date of the passing of the said order, he is regularly attending the concerned police station. As per his instructions till date, the police have not filed charge-sheet. He, therefore, submitted that the said condition may be suitably modified.

It is true that the order directing the applicant to attend the concerned police station is passed on 13/08/2015, but till date, the police have not filed charge-sheet in the matter. 4.

In view of the above, I am inclined to modify the said condition No. (iii) imposed upon the applicant by order dated 13/08/2015. Hence, the following order.

The condition No. (iii) in order dated 13/08/2015 is hereby modified and the applicant is hereby directed to attend the concerned police station on first Sunday between 10.00 a.m. to 01.00 p.m. of the month till the filing of the charge-sheet.
