The petitioner who is accused in Sessions Case No.508 of 2013 applied under Section 311 of Criminal Procedure Code to recall the witness. That was rejected. He filed this Criminal Writ Petition.

2. Pending this Criminal Writ Petition, the Sessions Court at Pune completed the trial and rendered the Judgment on 23rd March 2018. The petitioners' counsel has placed a copy of the judgment on record now.

3. I, therefore, hold that nothing survives in this matter. It is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous.
