The Petitioner has filed this Petition challenging the order dated 7th January, 2017 (Exhibit E) by which she has been transferred from Hadapsar to Nasarapur, Tal. Bhor, Dist. Pune w.e.f. 9th January, 2017.

According to the Petitioner, against the impugned transfer order, she has filed a representation dated 2nd February, 2017 before the Grievance Committee of Respondent No. 4 but till date the said representation has not been decided.

Having regard to the aforesaid fact, we are inclined to dispose of this Petition by directing the Grievance Committee of Respondent No. 4 to consider and take appropriate decision on the said representation. The copy of the said representation to be filed by the Petitioner in the office of the Grievance Committee within a week. 6.
The Grievance Committee in turn shall decide the Petitioner's representation as expeditiously as possible but not later than one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 7.
Till the Petitioner's representation is decided, she be allowed to continue at her present place of working, if she has not already been relieved.

The Petition stands disposed of as such.
