Heard. By this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India the Petitioner challenges the order dated 18.12.2015 passed by the learned Adhoc District Judge, Pune below Exhibit- 29 in Civil Appeal No.606/2012 rejecting the Petitioner's Application.

The learned counsel for the Respondents submit that during pendency of the Writ Petition, the civil appeal No.606/2012 itself is disposed of finally on 11.04.2018. Both the counsel submit that in view of the subsequent development, nothing survives in the Writ Petition. The statement is accepted.

Hence, the Writ Petition stands disposed of as infructuous. No order as to costs.
