This Appeal is admitted on the substantial question of law on 22nd January, 2019. This Court vide order dated 22nd November, 2017 restrained the respondents from creating third party rights in Gat No. 177, 150 and 16.

That since Appeal is admitted on the substantial question of law, both the parties are restrained from creating third party rights in suit land, Gat no.177, 150 and

16. So far as the other properties are concerned, the partition proceedings may go on, however, actual possession thereof is differed till the disposal of this Appeal. 3.

The Civil Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
