We have perused the report. Contention is the complainant has approached the police machinery belatedly and in any case the relations between the parties were consensual. We are not inclined to intervene in extra ordinary jurisdiction. Petition is rejected. Needless to mention that the contentions being raised are kept open and it can be raised before the trial court at appropriate juncture.
