After hearing the learned counsel for Appellant at length, when this Court was not inclined to grant relief of bail to the Appellant, the learned counsel on instructions seeks leave to withdraw present Application with liberty to file a fresh application for bail before the trial Court, if the trial of Sessions Case No.58 of 2021 pending on the file of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Vaduj arising out of CR No.351 of 2021 registered with Vaduj Police Station, District Satara does not commence within a period of one year from today.
