The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner Shri Ashok M Saraogi on instructions states that the Petitioner would make an appropriate representation to the appropriate police authorities within one week from date. If such a representation is received by the said police authorities in respect of the grievance which the Petitioner has espoused in the letter dated 15/02/2018 to the Hon'ble Chief Minister, State of Maharashtra, the same would be considered and disposed of by them expeditiously in accordance with law.
