By this civil application (Civil Application No.310 of 2010) the applicant has prayed for leave to delete the name of respondent No.5 as deceased, and substitute her by impleading Respondent No.5/1 Shri Deepak Madhukar Vaidya, in the cause title in pending writ petition No.5571 of 2009 as also in the pending civil applications. 3.

By an order dated 20 February 2019 (K.K. Tated, J.) this Court permitted the applicant to serve the unserved respondents by private notice either by RPAD and/or by hand delivery alongwith entire proceedings and file affidavit of service. Accordingly affidavit of service

2.CAW No.310 of 2010.doc (affidavit stamp No.4346 of 2019) of Shri Nagesh Ashok Pagade dated 4 May 2019 filed on 6 May 2019 is placed on record. There is no opposition to the application.
