Ms. Mittal, learned Counsel for the Applicant states that the Applicant-Insurance Company has deposited the entire amount as per the impugned judgment and Award dated 19th November, 2019 passed by MACT, Nashik in MACP No.1048 of 2015.

In view of the said statement, implementation and execution of the impugned Judgment and Award is stayed pending final hearing of the appeal.
