Heard the learned counsel for the applicants. This civil application is for bringing the legal heirs of the deceased- Shri. Amarsinh Pandurang Rane on record. The civil application is served on the respondent as also the sole respondent, who are represented by Shri. S.R. Shinde, advocate. There is delay of 2 years 140 days

Dusane 2/2 5 caw 172.2017 Perused the averments as made in the civil application. Learned counsel for the respondent has not opposed to the civil application. The reasons as set out in paragraphs 4 and 5 satisfactorily explains the delay. Delay is accordingly condoned. The civil application is therefore allowed in terms of prayer clauses (b), (c ) and (d). Necessary amendments to the application be carried out within two weeks from today. Amended copy of the petition be served on the respondents.
