CORAM: P.D. KODE, J.

DATED: FEBRUARY 2, 2015.

P.C:

Heard. In spite of serious allegations, the Court of Sessions having relaxed the condition of attendance from attending on every Monday to attending on 2nd and 4th Mondays, it is difficult to accede the prayer for further relaxation and hence the same is rejected. Likewise, the reason which required giving direction for surrendering passport to the investigating agency, i.e. to have a check on the Applicant from fleeing away, the prayer for return of passport is also hereby rejected.
