Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. The learned counsel for the Municipal Corporation tenders an affidavit of Shri Prabhakar Shamrao Pawar, the Ward Officer of the concerned Ward in which it is stated that the offending work (grill installed in the common corridor) has been already removed. We accept the said statement. The learned counsel for the petitioner is pressing the prayer clause (d). Considering the minor nature of the offending work, this is not a fit case where writ jurisdiction should be exercised for directing initiation of disciplinary enquiry or disciplinary action against the Municipal Officers. By accepting the statement made by Shri Pawar, Writ Petition is disposed of.
