Heard. This Application is for deleting the name of Respondent No.17 from cause title of Second Appeal and pending Civil Application, if any.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Civil Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the Civil Application at their costs and consequences.

Hence, following order is passed:

The Applicant is permitted to delete the name of Respondent No.17 Smt. Kusum Bapu Suryavanshi from the cause of the Second Appeal and the pending Civil Application, if any, at their cost and consequences.

b.

The Applicant is directed to carry out appropriate amendment within 4 weeks from today, failing which the Civil Application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court.

c.

The Applicant to serve an amended copy of the Second Appeal as well as pending Civil Application, if any, on the Respondents or their Advocate thereafter.

d.

Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.
