The applicant has handed over a demand draft of Rs.41,65,500/- to the complainant's advocate. In view of this, learned counsel for the complainant submitted that the matter stands settled between the parties and she has no grievance left against the applicant.

Learned counsel for the complainant submitted that the complainant has no objection if the order dated January 18, 2023 is confirmed. In this view of the matter, the application deserves to be allowed by passing the following order.

ORDER

(a) In the event of arrest of the applicant-Badal Deepak Sharma s/o.Deepak Sharma in connection with FIR No.1079/2022 registered with Powai Police Station, the applicant shall be released on bail on his furnishing P. R. bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount.

(b) The applicant shall furnish the details of his residential address and phone number to the investigating ofocer.

(c) The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing the facts to Court or any Police Ofocer and should not tamper with evidence.
