Heard learned counsel for the parties on the Civil Application seeking restoration of the Contempt Petition (St.) No. 13091 of 2015 which suffered dismissal on account of non compliance of the order passed by the Registrar, Judicial-II on 20th August, 2015.

There is delay in filing the Civil Application. The explanation has been offered on the condonation of delay. On due consideration, we condoned the delay.

Also considered the reasons stated in the Civil Application for non compliance of the direction contained in the order of the Registrar within time.

We are satisfied that there was sufficient cause for non compliance of the office objection within time. In the circumstances, we allow the Civil Application and order restoration of Contempt Petition (St.) No. 13091 of 2015 to its original number. 6.

The office objections be now removed within two weeks. 7.
