This is an application for bringing legal representatives of the sole applicant on record. Sole applicant died on 05.02.2016 and the application is filed on 17.01.2017. Record indicates that notice is not issued to the respondents.

In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the Application, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c) with no order as to costs. Amendment in the main Application shall be carried out within 14 days from today.
