The applicant was directed to be released on bail vide order dated 19th December 2018. The applicant was permitted to furnish cash security for a period of four weeks. It is submitted that the applicant has furnished cash security and presently he is out on bail. It is submitted that the applicant has presented requisite documents for furnishing surety which is under process of consideration, which would take some more time. It is therefore submitted that cash security granted by this Court, be extended by a period of four weeks. Considering the aforesaid submissions, the validity of cash security granted by this Court vide order dated 19th December 2018 in Bail Application No.1978 of 2018 is extended by a period of four weeks to enable the applicant to furnish surety. Criminal Application No.64 of 2019 is disposed off.
