Heard learned counsel for the Applicant and learned additional public prosecutor for the State. The applicant had prayed for cancellation of warrant and for restoration of bail in criminal application no. 1281 of 2014. However, this court has only cancelled nonbailable warrant issued against the applicant for the reasons recorded in the other application. The present application is made for setting aside the order of cancellation of bail. Borey 1/2

spb/ 906appp63-15.sxw Since the non-bailable warrant has been cancelled and since the applicant has deposited Rs. One crore, as per the directions, the applicant shall move the appellate court for grant of bail. No coercive action shall be taken against the applicant by the appellate court from today till the decision on bail application and application for suspension of sentence. Such applications shall be made by the applicant within a period of two weeks.

The present application stands disposed of accordingly.
