The claim of the Petitioner has been placed before the High Power Committee ("HPC"), according to paragraph 6 of the ASHWINI HULGOJI GAJAKOSH Affidavit in Reply at page 231 and to which Ms Helekar draws our attention. We accept the statement. Mr Shah states that his client ASHWINI HULGOJI GAJAKOSH Date: 2022.03.03 17:41:24 +0530 will appear before the HPC on such date as to the HPC fixes. 2.

We request the HPC to give the matter priority, and if possible, dispose of the application before it at the earliest convenience, preferably within a period of 8 weeks from today. All contentions on both sides are expressly kept open. 2nd March 2022
