Heard. By these Civil Applications, the Applicant wife seeks condonation of delay in filing the appeals challenging the judgment and decree passed by the Family Court, Bandra, Mumbai.

The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that initially they had filed the Family Court Appeal (ST) No.23885/2017 which was withdrawn in the month of January 2018 with liberty to prefer separate appeal.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in paragraph 4 to 6 of the Civil Applications we are satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the Civil Applications. 4.

Hence, following order is passed.

a.

Delay in preferring the Family Court Appeals is condoned.

b.

Civil Applications stand disposed of accordingly.
