The impugned orders are passed on 20 November 2010. The Writ petition is filed on 7 January 2015. The orders impugned are interim order and the Complaints are not yet disposed of. In view of the gross delay and latches in approaching this Court, I am not inclined to interfere with the impugned orders at present. It will be open to the Petitioners to challenge those orders along with the final order if the final order is against them. Keeping all points open, both the Writ Petitions are disposed of.
