By this Civil Application, the applicant seeks temporary injunction restraining the respondent from alienating the suit property or creating any third party interest therein.
The learned Counsel for the respondent strongly opposes the prayer. It is stated that no injunction was operating in favour of the applicant in the trial Court. It is stated that an order of status quo was passed only after the suit was dismissed.
