The above Civil Application has been filed by the Applicant i.e. original Respondent in Writ Petition No.5381 of 2015 for seeking withdrawal of the amount of Rs.1 lakh deposited in the Family Court by the original Petitioner in the above Petition. The Learned Counsel appearing for the original Petitioner Ms. Kamath has no objection to the prayer granted in view of the divorce by mutual consent obtained by the parties before the Family Court.
