1. This is an application filed by the State, questioning the correctness of the judgment and order passed by the Learned III Ad-hoc. Asstt. Sessions Judge, Solapur in Sessions Case No. 50 of 2010 dated 19.09.2014, acquitting the respondent for the offences punishable under Sections 307 and 504 of I.P.C.

2. We have heard the Learned APP, with whose assistance, we have perused the findings recorded by the Trial Court. Upon such perusal, in our opinion, it is the fit case for granting leave. Accordingly, this application is allowed. Leave as prayed for is granted.

3. Appeal filed by the State stands admitted.
