In view of the facts mentioned in the Application, the Applicant is permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.11,35,923/- deposited by the Respondent No.1 in pursuance to the Order dated 5th December, 2018 passed by this Court, subject to condition that, the Applicant shall furnish continuous Bank guarantee drawn on nationalized bank in that behalf for the said amount.
