1] Respondent No.2- father had fled FIR against his son and daughter-in-law, On the basis of which, ofence under sections 379, 380, 294, 323, 504, 506 read with section 34 of IPC was registered against them. Ofence under Section 24 of Maintenance and Welfare of Senior Citizens Act, 2007 has also been registered.

2] Respondent No.2 has tendered an afdavit before this Court stating that the dispute is amicably settled between them and therefore, he does not wish to prosecute the matter further.

56-cri-apl-129-20.doc 3] We fnd that all of them are staying together. 4] In this situation, as there is no public angle and to maintain cordial relation within family, we make Rule absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).
