The petition is filed seeking direction to respondents to register the crime in respect of petitioner's grievance made in complaint dated 6th June, 2013, a copy of which is annexed at Exhibit "B", page 13. Having perused the same, we find that the document at Exhibit "B" is not petitioner's complaint but the same is the notice issued by his lawyer. We are, therefore, not inclined to pass any order. The writ petition, accordingly, stands dismissed.

However, in the event of petitioner's filing any complaint or has filed any complaint, the concerned police station shall inquire into the same and take an appropriate decision expeditiously and communicate the same to the petitioner.
