The application is forwarded through Kolhapur Central Prison, Kalamba, Kolhapur by Ganesh Laxman Gaikwad, who is lodged in the said prison as Convict No.7630. It is stated in the application that post judgment and order dated 17th June, 2021 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Thane in Session Case No.267 of 2018, the applicant is behind bars. It is stated in the application that the applicant was the sole earner in the family and the family of the applicant was unable to take steps to engage an Advocate and file appeal in this Court.
