Accordingly, we pass the following order:

(I) The appeal is disposed in terms of the consent terms taken on record and marked `X' for identification. The Award shall be drawn in terms of the consent terms within a period of one month from the date on which this order is uploaded; (II)Writ of this order along with Record and

(III)Appeal is disposed of;

(IV)The appellant will be entitled to refund of Court fees as per the rules.
