Heard Mr.Chetiwal, learned Counsel for the applicant. 2.

This is an application for bringing L.Rs of respondent No.1 Smt.Laxmibai Govindram Chauhan on record. Applicant No.1 died on 5.9.2014 leaving behind applicants No.1A to 1H as her heirs and legal representatives. Application is filed in January, 2016. Office remark dated 17.6.2016 shows that respondents No.1(a) to 1(c) are served. None appears for them. No reply is filed opposing the application. In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the application, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c). Amendment in the main Civil Revision Application shall be carried out on or before 18.11.2016 and amended slip shall be made over to other side. 3.

Rule is made absolute in aforesaid terms with no order as to costs. Order accordingly.
