The counsel appearing for the petitioners state that, he would like to challenge the amendment incorporated in the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition and Rehabilitation Act, 2013 by the State of Maharashtra.

Amendment shall be carried out within two weeks from today.
