I am informed that beneficiaries Narsing and Kalpana are not impleaded as accused. The other co-accused Sudhir is already directed to be released on pre-arrest bail by the learned Sessions Judge on 30th August, 2021. The Division Bench has directed not to file charge-sheet in the matter. 2.

In the aforesaid background and having regard to the reasons cited in the order of co-accused passed on 30th August, 2021, ad-interim protection order needs to be confirmed. 3.

As such, in the event of arrest of the applicant Mr. Pravin Dashrath Sawant in Crime No.973/2019 of Virar Police Station for the offences punishable under Section 420 and 34 of IPC, he be released on anticipatory bail in sum of Rs.15,000/- only (Rupees BGP.

Fifteen Thousand only) with a surety in the like amount subject to conditions that :- a) That the applicant shall make himself available for interrogation by the Investigation Officer as and when required under written intimation.

b) The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with facts of accusation, so as to dissuade them from disclosing such facts to the Court or any Police Officer.
