None appears for the Petitioner. The breach alleged is of the order dated 19th October 2012. 2.

There is an affidavit-in-reply filed by Shri Sachin Bhimashankar Raval, the Regional Joint Director (Sugar), Pune Region, Pune, which is dated 9th April 2013. A copy of the order dated 18th February 2013 passed by him is annexed to the said affidavit. Though belatedly, the compliance has been

ash cp-80.13 made with the order dated 19th October 2012. In Paragraph 8 of the affidavit, the reasons have been set out for the delay. Shri Raval has tendered unconditional apology for the delay.

The apology deserves to be accepted. Hence, no further action is called for. Notice is discharged. The Contempt Petition is disposed of.
