This is an application for relaxation of condition of attendance imposed by order dated 02/05/2018 passed by this Court in Bail Application No. 411 of 2018.

The applicant was enlarged on bail in connection with the ECIR Case No. 05/MBZO/2016 registered with the 1/3

Enforcement Directorate, Mumbai. He was directed to report to the Enforcement Directorate on the first Saturday of every month between 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m., until further order. 3.

Learned Advocate for the applicant submits that he has complied with the said directions by attending the Enforcement Directorate. Learned Counsel for the respondent, however, submits that although the complaint is filed, investigation in relation to overseas properties is in progress. It would take another 6 months to complete the same. It is therefore submitted that the condition of reporting may not be relaxed.

It is noted that complaint is already filed and the applicant has complied with the directions till today. However, considering the fact that investigation of overseas properties is in progress, the condition of reporting can be modified to the extent that the applicant shall report to the Enforcement Directorate once in three months on first Saturday of month 2/3

between 11.00 a..m to 1.00 p.m. till further orders. 5.

In the event, the respondent intends to interrogate the applicant, intimation can be given to him in writing for attending the Enforcement Directorate.
