905-APPA-105-2015-APPEAL-661-2014 P.C. :

Heard the applicant and the defacto complainant - who appears in person. Heard Mr.H.S.Venegaokar, the learned counsel for the CBI. Heard Mr.Pravin Dabade, the learned counsel for the appellant.

Mr.Venegaokar submits that it does not appear that the remaining amount of Rs.75,000/- would be required to be kept with the court during the pendency of the appeal. I also agree with this submission.

Since the amount is not required to be retained in the court, and admittedly, belongs to the applicant / defacto complainant, the same be returned to him. The application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
