Pendancy of this petition does not preclude the petitioners from making representation to the State Government/Vice Chancellor- Pune University from making representation, seeking revision of fees." 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the

Keeping in view the earlier order dated 20.4.2016, we dispose of this Civil Application by directing the competent authority of the State Government to decide the representation submitted by the petitioner Exhibit. C dated 23.10.2009 as expeditiously as possible but not latter than three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Civil Application stands disposed of.
