Heard. These Applications are preferred by the Plaintiff for condonation of 6 days delay in filing the Appeals from Order.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing all the Civil Applications.

a) Delay in preferring the Appeals from Order is condoned in all the matters.
