Heard learned Counsel for the parties.
By these Appeals from Order the appellants/plaintiffs challenges the order passed by Bombay City Civil Court, Mumbai in Notice of Motion declined to grant interim relief in respect of Sneha Chavan 1/2
50 ao 824-15=.doc notice issued by respondent corporation under Section 351 of M.M.C. Act.
The learned counsel for the appellants submits that in Trial Court, matters are kept for filing the affidavitofevidence.
Considering the subsequent event, the learned counsel for the appellants seeks permission to withdraw all these Appeals from Order along with Civil Applications.
Hence, following order is passed:
a) Appellants are permitted to withdraw all these Appeals from Order.
b) All Appeals from Order as well as Civil Applications stand dismissed withdrawn.
c) Considering the facts and circumstances of the present case, hearing of respective suits is expedited.
