The Contempt Petition is filed for willful disobedience of the orders passed by the Division Bench of this Court dated 28.9.2010 in Writ Petition No.1763 of 2008 and also the order passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court dated 9.10.2013 in First Appeal No.572 of 2013. 2.

I have perused both the orders and the petitioner party-in-person is asked to argue the matter on merit and to point out the willful disobedience by the respondents. At this stage, the petitioner party-in-person seeks leave to withdraw the petition.
