4] Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that, the Applicant would be depositing the entire decreetal amount in the Tribunal within a period of eight weeks from today. 5] Hence, the stay is granted to the execution of the 'Decree', subject to deposit of the entire decreetal amount in the Tribunal within a period of eight weeks from today, failing which the stay to stand automatically vacated without any further reference to the Court.
